What you need...

  • 2 bananas (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup of berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk of your choice
  • 2 table spoons of Organic Honey with Raw Cacao

 

Instructions...

  1. Gather all your ingredients together, if you are not using frozen fruit also grab a couple of ice cubes. 
  2. Pop everything into your blender (apart from the Organic Honey with Raw Cacao and Chia seeds) and blend for at least one minute.
  3. Once all ingredients are blended add the Organic Honey with Raw Cacao and Chia seeds, then blend again for another 30 seconds. 
  4. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
