Ingredients (1 large pizza):
- 1 sourdough pizza dough (about 250–300g)
- 4 tbsp caramelised onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4–5 slices prosciutto
- 50g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
- A handful of rocket

Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Heat your oven to 230°C (or as hot as it gets). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.
- Prepare the base: Roll out the sourdough pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza peel. Spread with caramelised onions and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake: Bake for 8–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crisp.
